Add an Account to Axiad ID

When you add an account to the Axiad ID mobile app, you can use Axiad ID to authenticate into other apps and websites and, if you're an Enterprise user, your organization's websites and applications, too.
Note
This process is the same in both Android and Apple devices.
Add First Account to Axiad ID
Follow these steps to enroll your first Axiad ID credential on your mobile device.
Open the Axiad ID application on your mobile device
On the Accounts homepage, tap Scan Enrollment Code
On the Scanner screen, allow Axiad ID app camera rights (if prompted)
Point your device at your screen and scan the QR Code generated on the application that you want to add
You can now view the account on the Accounts page
Possible Extra Step
If you are using the Axiad ID app to provide an additional layer of security to third-party applications such as Gmail, Yahoo, student websites, Amazon, etc., then you must add these accounts using the security settings/options available for these applications
Add Another Account to Axiad ID
Follow these steps to enroll an additional Axiad ID credential on your mobile device.
Open the Axiad ID application on your mobile device
From the Accounts homepage, tap the menu icon and then Add Accounts
Once the Scanner screen opens, point your device at your screen and scan the QR Code generated on the application that you want to add
You can now view the new account alongside your other enrollments on the Accounts page
