To ensure a stable and reliable experience during the holiday period, Axiad will trigger its annual End-of-Year Change Freeze for the Conductor SaaS production platform.
Change Freeze Window: December 15, 2025 → January 6, 2026
During this window:
No platform-level software updates, deployments, or infrastructure changes will be made to the Conductor SaaS production environment, beyond any urgent third-party security patches.
This freeze is in place to maintain system stability during a period of reduced staffing and heightened customer sensitivity to service disruptions.
What is still supported:
Urgent customer-specific configuration changes, or mutually agreed-upon changes that affect only a single tenant, will continue to be processed—though response times may be slower given reduced staffing.
All non-production environments, including Demo and US-Staging, will continue to receive updates and deployments as we prepare for early-2026 releases.
