Overview

Axiad ID Mobile Wallet is rebranding to Axiad ID and will go from version 1.x to 2.0. This app updates also includes Mobile Monitoring Tools, Multiple APN Tokens, Localization, and improvements to the Local Storage design.

Features

Mobile Monitoring Tools

Axiad ID includes monitoring tools in order to capture events for logging as well as to capture crash information for improved performance. These tools help Axiad to release more efficient and successful versions of the mobile application.

Multiple Credentials

Axiad ID can now support multiple APN tokens as well as different credential types, such as HOTP and TOTP, making it a centralized option for secure logins to various resources.

Credential Management

Users can manage their accounts within Axiad ID, editing their labels, rearranging the homepage order, and deleting them from their device.

Device Authentication

Rather than authenticating every login request while using Axiad ID, this new version moves the authentication to the application launch, allowing the app to cache the keys, thus reducing the number of operations required by users. Once the cache expires, the user is required to authenticate once more to ensure continual security.

Localization

Make Axiad ID your own with localization and branding options. This is available for enrolled credentials that support branding.

Enhancements

Mobile App Rebranding

Axiad ID 2.0 has a new look and feel, including enrollment, scanner, authentication, settings, and landing page screens.

Local Storage

Axiad ID includes a new database option to increase storage, leading to a better performing application.
