# Axiad Conductor Browser Extension

## **What is the Axiad Conductor Browser Extension?**

The Axiad Conductor Browser Extension is a browser extension that acts as a bridge between Axiad web portals and the smart card interface on your computer.

## **How is It Useful?**

The Axiad Extension Portal works together with the Axiad Conductor OS Bridge software to gain low-level access to certificate-based identity devices. This allows connection from these identity devices to the Axiad portals (the Unified Portal, the Operator portal, and the Support portal).
