# Update Your Unified Portal Display Preferences

Pages in Axiad Conductor have a **Preference Settings** icon you can use to customize what, and how much, data displays on the page.

## Update your Preferences

1. On the top right corner of the page in Axiad Conductor, click ![icon-preferences](https://cdn.document360.io/eaa8d9cb-3eef-4690-8447-5bcaa4f4afb2/Images/Documentation/icon-preferences.jpg). The **Preferences** dialog box opens.
2. Select the number of items you want to display on the page from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the columns you want to display, or uncheck them to remove them from view.
4. Click **Done**. The page refreshes with your selections.

> Friendly Name
> 
> You can add a column labeled by default Nickname. This column allows you to provide any name of your choosing to a device, which can be useful if you own several of the same type (for instance you have enrolled several phones). The name must be unique amongst all your devices, and is only visible to you.
