Each time you incorrectly enter a PIN, the Fail Counter increases. You can reset your OTP token's Fail Counter if the Fail Count is greater than zero.
NOTE
- OTP tokens include mobile OTP, APN/Axiad ID, and YubiKey OTP seeds.
- If the Reset Fail Counter option isn't available in your Actions column, your OTP token may not have any counts associated to it.
Reset a OTP Token Fail Counter
- On the MyIdentities page, locate the OTP token with the Fail Count you want to reset.
- In the Actions column, click Reset Fail Counter.
