Log into the Unified Portal and navigate to the **My Identities** page 2. In the list of associated devices, locate the one that you wish to disable 3. In that device’s row, open the **Actions** menu and select **Suspend** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/eaa8d9cb-3eef-4690-8447-5bcaa4f4afb2/Images/Documentation/Suspend1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T16%3A23%3A35Z&se=2026-11-05T17%3A23%3A35Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=orZw1N9JK2RdGoFNYueFgyuWgXAGBaS9MKBTN9OIv1A%3D) > [!NOTE] > Modified Experiences > > Depending on the types of identities you have, you may be able to suspend the device through various means: > > > > From the expanded view **Actions** menu > > ![](https://cdn.document360.io/eaa8d9cb-3eef-4690-8447-5bcaa4f4afb2/Images/Documentation/Suspend2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T16%3A23%3A35Z&se=2026-11-05T17%3A23%3A35Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=orZw1N9JK2RdGoFNYueFgyuWgXAGBaS9MKBTN9OIv1A%3D) > > > > From the expanded view quick actions > > ![](https://cdn.document360.io/eaa8d9cb-3eef-4690-8447-5bcaa4f4afb2/Images/Documentation/Suspend3.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T16%3A23%3A35Z&se=2026-11-05T17%3A23%3A35Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=orZw1N9JK2RdGoFNYueFgyuWgXAGBaS9MKBTN9OIv1A%3D) 1.
