# End-user Set Up Guide

1. If you use connected devices (such as a YubiKey, IDEMIA or Thales device/smart card), and your organization has not done so for you, [install the Axiad Conductor Browser Extension](/v1/docs/install-extension-user) on your chromium-based browser as well as the [Axiad Conductor OS Bridge](/v1/docs/axiad-webpcsc-overview) on your machine.
2. Optionally, [install the Axiad ID app on your mobile device](/v1/docs/axiad-id-install).

> If this mobile app is not automatically installed to your organization-managed device, then contact your Operator to determine if your organization uses Axiad ID as part of its Axiad solution.

1. Obtain your Axiad Conductor URL from your organization. This URL sends you to the Unified Portal, our main user interface to the Axiad Conductor platform.[](/v1/docs/access)
2. [Sign into the Unified Portal](/v1/docs/access) with your user credentials.
3. [Add a new identity device](/v1/docs/add-device) in the Unified Portal.
4. Enroll an [identity token for the Axiad ID mobile app](/v1/docs/enroll-axiad-id) if you've installed it on your mobile device.
5. If you use other authentication apps, set up a [one-time password token for them](/v1/docs/enroll-otp-mobile).
6. Manage your identity devices on your [**MyIdentities** page](/v1/docs/my-identities).
7. If MyCircle is enabled, help the coworkers in your circle of trust in their account recovery. You can:
  1. [unlock a coworker's device](/v1/docs/unlock-mycircle-device),
  2. [renew a coworker's device](/v1/docs/renew-mycircle-device), and
  3. [enroll a new device for a coworker](/v1/docs/enroll-mycircle-device).
