# Access the Axiad Health Check Site

You can check the status of your virtual private cloud at any time from the Support portal, which is a accessible via a link specific to your organization, sent via a Welcome email to the person or team that purchased Axiad Conductor for your organization.

NOTEYour site URL will look like this: https://support-<STACKNAME>.<STAGING>.axiadids.net/status  
**Example URL: https://support-po.demo.axiadids.net/status** 

Once in the Support portal, click **Status** on the header bar to view details about your instance.
