Follow the steps below to enable Azure AD to work with Axiad Cloud's CBA for IAM package. You must enable SAML authentication and SCIM provisioning into your Axiad Cloud tenant using your Azure AD to allow you to sign into your Axiad Cloud's Unified Portal using credentials from your Azure AD environment, and automatically provision the users and groups you identify from your Azure AD environment to your Axiad Cloud tenant.

  1. Configure SAML in Azure AD.
  2. Configure SCIM in Azure AD.
  3. Optionally, set SCIM thresholds and failure notifications in Azure AD.
  4. Upload your certificates to Azure AD.
  5. Enable the CBA Authentication Method in Azure AD.
  6. Optionally, enable Windows Hello for Business and/or the Azure AD Credential Dashboard.
  7. Optionally, enable CBA for On-Prem AD.
  8. Optionally, if your organization uses YubiKeys or smart cards, install Axiad WebPCSC and the Axiad Portal Extension.
