MyCircle is a feature of the Unified Portal where you can, within your allowed scope, perform various tasks on your coworkers' devices. With MyCircle, you can enroll, renew, unblock, and manage a permanent or a replacement identity device for your coworker. ## How Do I Access MyCircle? **MyCircle** is accessible via the Unified Portal, the main user interface to the Axiad Conductor platform, where you can streamline the management of your Enterprise authentication credentials. It combines high security with a user-centric design to allow for a simplified rollout of passwordless or other multi-factor authentication methods in your environment. Access to the Unified Portal is managed by your IDP provider. Once you successfully authenticate into your organization's Unified Portal URL, click **MyCircle** at the top of the page, in the header. Header: The header remains the same on each page in the Unified Portal and includes:  - **Quick links:** Access the Unified Portal pages that you have permission to view. - **Notifications:** Click![icon-notifications](https://cdn.document360.io/eaa8d9cb-3eef-4690-8447-5bcaa4f4afb2/Images/Documentation/icon-notifications.jpg) to [view your notifications](/v1/docs/notifications). - **Name drop-down:** Click your name to access your settings, account information, or to sign out of the Unified Portal. 2. **User ID:** Obtain your coworker's User ID directly from them and enter it here. 3. **Back/Next buttons:** Click **Back** to return to your last-visited Axiad Conductor page. Once you enter a valid User ID, click **Next** to [enroll](/v1/docs/enroll-mycircle-device), [unlock](/v1/docs/unlock-mycircle-device), or [renew](/v1/docs/renew-mycircle-device) your coworker's identity device.
