      PingFederate SAML Federation for Axiad Cloud

      1. Contact your Axiad Customer Success representative or our Axiad Customer Success Team to obtain the federation meta data needed to configure PingFederate with your Axiad Cloud tenant.

      2. Once you’ve configured PingFederate for federation with Axiad Cloud, notify Axiad Customer Success so they can make the required updates to your Axiad Cloud tenant to complete the federation connection.

      Axiad Cloud supports SAML federation with PingFederate for both:

      • Service-Provider (SP) initiated Single Sign-On (SSO): The sign in process begins in the Axiad Cloud portal.

      • Identity-Provider (IdP) initiated Single Sign-On (SSO):The sign in process begins in Okta.
