Renew a Coworker's Identity Device

You can renew an identity device/certificate for a coworker if you are within their circle of trust.

Renew a Coworker's Identity Device/Certificate

1. On the MyCircle page, enter your coworker's user ID.
2. Click Next.
3. If the identity device you want to renew for your coworker is a connected device (such as a YubiKey), connect it to your machine.
4. Select Connected Identity Device.
   A list of available identity devices display:
   
5. In the Select device drop-down list, select the identity device/certificate you wish to renew for your coworker.
6. Click Next.
   A message displays informing you that the selected device must be renewed.
7. If required, have your coworker enter the correct answer to their security question.
8. Enter the identity device's current PIN.
9. Click Next.
   Your coworker's identity device/certificate successfully renews.
