# Reset an OTP Token Fail Counter

Each time you incorrectly enter a PIN, the Fail Counter increases. You can reset your OTP token's Fail Counter if the Fail Count is greater than zero.

NOTE

- OTP tokens include mobile OTP, APN/Axiad ID, and YubiKey OTP seeds.
- If the **Reset Fail Counter** option isn't available in your **Actions** column, your OTP token may not have any counts associated to it.

## Reset a OTP Token Fail Counter

1. On the **MyIdentities** page, locate the OTP token with the Fail Count you want to reset.
2. In the **Actions** column, click **Reset Fail Counter**.
The Fail Counter for the OTP token immediately resets.
