Review the UCMS system requirements to verify operating system settings, environments, PKI requirements, to ensure your systems are configured for access, and more. Axiad UCMS is validated against the following products and versions.
WARNING
Some unlisted versions of servers, environments, and/or client machines may work, but may require some adjustment to the installation procedures or recommended settings. Such deployments are only supported by Axiad if done with the assistance of our Professional Services team.
Server Requirements
Operating Systems
We support the following OSes:

Hypervisors
We support the following hypervisors:
- Microsoft Hyper-V

- Citrix Hypervisor
Minimum Software Requirements
- Java: OpenJDK 11.0.18
- Web Server
- Jetty (built-in)
- Apache-Tomcat 9.0.72
Environment Requirements
Databases
We support the following databases:
- Oracle Database 19C
- PostgreSQL 12.5
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and 2019NOTEUCMS requires the SQL Agent to perform scheduled tasks. As a result it does not support the Express Edition.
- MySQL 5.7.35NOTEStrict SQL mode must be enabled.
Public Key Infrastructures
We support the following PKIs:
- IdenTrust CA
- Microsoft Certification Authority 2012R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022
- OpenTrust/IDnomic CA
- PrimeKey EJBCA 6.15.2.1 and 7.4.3.2
