Unassign Multiple Tokens

When you unassign a token for a hardware One-Time Password (OTP), it unbinds the token from your digital identity, and the token can be enabled for a different user.

Unassign Multiple OTP Tokens

  1. From the Help Desk page, search for or locate the OTP tokens you want to unassign from your users.
  2. Select individual devices in the list, or check Select All.
  3. Click Bulk Actions.
  4. Click Unassign.
    The Unassign Device page displays.
  5. Select the reasons for the unassignments.
  6. Click Next.
    You are redirected back to the Help Desk page, the OTP tokens immediately unassign from your users, and you can enable the devices for other users in your organization.
