# Unlock a Coworker's Identity Device

If you are in your coworker's circle of trust, you can reset their device PIN to unlock it for them.

## Unlock a Coworker's Identity Device

1. On the **MyCircle** page, enter your coworker's user ID.
2. Click **Next**.
3. If the identity device you want to unlock for your coworker is a connected device (such as a YubiKey), connect it to your machine.
4. Select **Connected Identity Device**.  
A list of available identity devices display:

5. In the **Select device** drop-down list, select the identity device you wish to unlock for your coworker.
6. Click **Next**.
7. If required, enter the correct answer to the coworker's security question.
8. Enter a new **PIN**.
9. Confirm the new **PIN**.
10. Click **Next**.  
Your coworker's identity device successfully unlocks.
