# Enroll a New Identity Device for a Coworker

You can enroll an identity device for a coworker if you are within their circle of trust.

TIPS

- You can only enroll **Unassigned** devices.
- If the identity device is invalid, or your coworker's profile does not allow device enrollment, the device is listed under **Ineligible Devices** and you cannot enroll it.
- If the identity device is already assigned to your coworker, it's listed under **Assigned** and you cannot enroll it.
- If the identity device is a TPM, and it's available and active, it's listed under Coworker Devices as **Virtual Smart Card.**

## Enroll a New Identity Device for a Coworker

1. From anywhere inside of the Unified Portal, click **MyCircle** to open the **MyCircle** page.
2. Enter your coworker's user ID.
3. Click **Next**.
4. If the identity device you want to enroll for your coworker is a connected device (such as a YubiKey), connect it to your machine.
5. Select **Connected Identity Device**.  
A list of available identity devices display:

6. In the **Select device** drop-down list, select the identity device you wish to enroll for your coworker.
7. Click **Next**.
8. If required, enter the correct answer to the coworker's security question.
9. If required, enter the current **PIN**.
10. Enter a new **PIN**.
11. Confirm the new **PIN**.
12. Click **Next**.  
Your coworker's identity device successfully enrolls.
