      Support Limitation

      OTP validation is only available for OTP tokens.

      Validate a One-Time Push Credential

      1. On the My Identities page, locate the device with the OTP credential you want to validate. 

      2. In the Actions column, click Validate PIN + OTP.

      1. Open your authenticator app on your mobile device.

      2. Select the account associated to your identity device.

      3. Enter your PIN and the generated code displayed on your device in the Current Passcode field on the Validate Device page in the Unified Portal. Do not enter spaces.

      4. Click Next.

      1. Once completed, you will see a Success Message.

      2. Click Done to return to the My Identities page.
