Change or Reset an Identity Device PIN

Manage your devices’ PINs on the Unified Portal.
To Change an Identity Device PIN
Prerequisite
You must have the existing PIN to change it. If you do not have this, follow the Reset an Identity Device PIN procedure.
For a connected identity device (such as YubiKey or smart card) PIN change, connect the device to your computer.
On the My Identities page, locate the identity device.
In the Actions column, click Change PIN.
On the User Entry page, enter your Current PIN, then enter a New PIN.
Confirm your new PIN and ensure it adheres to the requirements.
If you are changing the PIN on an OTP device (e.g. Axiad ID), then you must enter the current PIN and the current generated OTP from the device.
Click Next.
Once PIN is changed, you will return to the My Identities page.
To Reset an Identity Device PIN
For a connected identity device (such as YubiKey or smart card) PIN change, connect the device to your computer.
On the My Identities page, locate the identity device with the PIN you want to reset.
In the Actions column, click Reset PIN.
From the User Entry page, enter a New PIN.
Confirm the new PIN and ensure it adheres to the requirements.
Click Next.
Once PIN is changed, you will return to the My Identities page.
