You can enroll an identity device for a coworker if you are within their circle of trust.
TIPS
- You can only enroll Unassigned devices.
- If the identity device is invalid, or your coworker's profile does not allow device enrollment, the device is listed under Ineligible Devices and you cannot enroll it.
- If the identity device is already assigned to your coworker, it's listed under Assigned and you cannot enroll it.
- If the identity device is a TPM, and it's available and active, it's listed under Coworker Devices as Virtual Smart Card.
Enroll a New Identity Device for a Coworker
- From anywhere inside of the Unified Portal, click MyCircle to open the MyCircle page.
- Enter your coworker's user ID.
- Click Next.
- If the identity device you want to enroll for your coworker is a connected device (such as a YubiKey), connect it to your machine.
- Select Connected Identity Device.
A list of available identity devices display: - In the Select device drop-down list, select the identity device you wish to enroll for your coworker.
- Click Next.
- If required, enter the correct answer to the coworker's security question.
- If required, enter the current PIN.
- Enter a new PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN.
- Click Next.
Your coworker's identity device successfully enrolls.
