Add Axiad as a Trusted PingFederate CA

You can add Axiad CA as a trusted CA in PingFederate. We recommend you refer to PingFederate’s documentation for the most up-to-date procedures.

To Add Axiad as a Trusted PingFederate CA

1. Open your Axiad tenant Welcome page.
   Your Welcome page is sent to you via email from Axiad, and the URL format is http://crl.{tenantName}.{platform}.axiadids.net/welcome.html.

2. In the Resources section, click the Root CA Certificate and Issuing CA Certificate links to download them.

3. Open your PingFederate administrative console.

   NOTE

   We recommend you verify the following steps using the official PingFederate documentation.

4. Navigate to Security > Certificate & Management Key > Trusted CAs.

5. Click Import.

6. Click Choose File.

7. Select the Root CA Certificate.

8. Click Next.

9. Review the certificate details.

10. Click Save.

11. Repeat the steps to add the Issuing CA Certificate.
