Contact your Axiad Customer Success representative or our Axiad Customer Success Team to obtain the federation meta data needed to configure PingFederate with your Axiad Conductor tenant.
Once you’ve configured PingFederate for federation with Axiad Conductor, notify Axiad Customer Success so they can make the required updates to your Axiad Conductor tenant to complete the federation connection.
Axiad Conductor supports SAML federation with PingFederate for both:
Service-Provider (SP) initiated Single Sign-On (SSO): The sign in process begins in the Axiad Conductor portal.
Identity-Provider (IdP) initiated Single Sign-On (SSO):The sign in process begins in Okta.
