      Sign Into the Unified Portal

      Access to the Unified Portal is managed by either your identity provider or service provider. Once you successfully authenticate into your organization's URL, the Unified Portal displays.

      NOTE
      Check with your Axiad Operator or IT department to obtain your organization's Unified Portal link.

      • If your organization uses service provider single sign on (SP-initiated SSO), your URL structure is:
        access-<tenant name>.<tenant platform>.axiadids.net
      • If your organization uses identity provider single sign on (IdP-initiated SSO), your URL structure is:
        https://portal-<tenant-name>.cloud.axiadids.net/user

      Sign Out of the Unified Portal

      1. In the top right corner of any page, click the arrow next to your name.
      2. Click Sign Out.
      3. When prompted, click OK.
        You are signed out of the Unified Portal.
