      When you unassign a token issued for a hardware One-Time Password (OTP), it unbinds the token from your digital identity, and the token can be enabled for a different user.

      Unassign a Token

      1. From the MyIdentities page, locate the hardware OTP token you want to unassign.
      2. In the Actions column, click ... .
      3. Click Unassign.
        The Unassign Device page displays.
      4. Click Next.
        Your identity device immediately unassigns.
