Unlock a Coworker's Identity Device

If you are in your coworker's circle of trust, you can reset their device PIN to unlock it for them.

Unlock a Coworker's Identity Device

1. On the MyCircle page, enter your coworker's user ID.
2. Click Next.
3. If the identity device you want to unlock for your coworker is a connected device (such as a YubiKey), connect it to your machine.
4. Select Connected Identity Device.
   A list of available identity devices display:
   
5. In the Select device drop-down list, select the identity device you wish to unlock for your coworker.
6. Click Next.
7. If required, enter the correct answer to the coworker's security question.
8. Enter a new PIN.
9. Confirm the new PIN. 
10. Click Next.
    Your coworker's identity device successfully unlocks.
