When your Axiad-integrated LDAP directory’s password is going to expire, you need to work with Axiad to ensure that the password update does not break any part of the integration.
To update the LDAP password, follow these steps:
Two weeks before the planned LDAP password change, contact Axiad Support
The Axiad Technical Support team will then coordinate with you to schedule a call with the Operations team
While on the call with Axiad, you will generate a new password and apply it to your LDAP
Once generated, provide the password to Axiad via secure file transfer
Once Axiad has the updated password, the Axiad team member will apply it on their side
You and Axiad will test the connection to ensure it still works
Upon a successful connection, the Technical Support team will follow up with a summary email, completing the process
