Scan a Device

  1. Sign into the Unified Portal.
  2. On the header, click Help Desk.
    The Help Desk Users page displays by default.
  3. Click Scanner.
    The Help Desk Scanner page displays.
  4. Insert a device into your machine.
    The device information displays.
